After talking to his management team, Chico Corrales believes that this victory will help vault him into the top 25 in the world rankings, even if it isnt really going to be considered a "quality" win, since I already beat that Cubanito. Corrales states, "All that matters is that I still have a zero in my loss column and I havent been beaten. Now melted butter is crying that he lost because of a cut. There is a reason that he lives here in Mexico and not in Cuba, it is because he knows that Mexico produces great fighters and great champions and he wants to live among us and learn from us. The least I can do is give him an opportunity at a title shot since he probably wont get another chance like this after I beat him for the second time."
