Do you mean just click exhibition game option and be taken to the game or that you want exhibition games included? If it's the latter, that feature is already in the game. You just have to "schedule" them in the scheduel editor.

I agree there should be an easier way to just play a game without it being a league game or having to mess with the schedule editor.
