The one thing I have seen in the trading AI is the complaint that they overvalue their prospects, and undervalue yours. I've tried adding a 3.5 star prospect to a deal that was "Close, just a little more", and they wouldn't budge. Took him out, and added a 4 star prospect, same thing. Yet, the AI won't trade a 3.5 star prospect if their life depended on it to shore up a deal.
