Dias, expeditive and impressive!
January 30th 2004 - Sergio Dias (24-0-0 [24]) showed the extent of his talent tonight in his first defence of the IBF Junior Lightweight Championship tonight as he scored an impressive second round TKO over Australian fighter Matthew Collier (22-3-3 [10]).
The 28 years old Dias has already began talking about unifying titles with either David McCullen, WBA and WBC champion, or fellow Mexican Felipe Gonzalez. Dias has mentionned he wants two fights before this unification bout that could happen early next year: An optionnal defence as soon as April and a mandatory defence in September.
