In my solo league, one AI organization has been run so poorly that they have only a handful of hitters rostered at the lowest level of their minors. They fill their lineup with almost all pitchers pretty much every day. Obviously they're not doing well, but a few of the pitchers manage to keep an OPS around .700 in addition to pitching decently (though infrequently). Which I'd say is an accomplishment.
