I like the new development algorithms a lot. I've drafted 4-5 star players, had them nosedive to 1-2 stars and rebound to as high as 4 stars. Right now I've got a CF who I drafted 1st overall (I took over the Marlins after a 56-106 season). He looked like a sure-fire superstar. After 2 yrs. in A-AA his rating suddenly plummeted to 2 stars (same scout). Now he's back to 3 1/2 stars and looks to be a pretty good major leaguer.
