Well, I managed to solve it so I tought I´d write it down in case anyone else have a similar problem. I downloaded a program called Task Manager and it identified a few process running on my computer that could potentially causing problems. I´m not exactly sure what they were but I think it was some kind of spyware. Anyway, I shut them down and after that I was able to install the game.
