The 'Canes will be very pleased with this as they deal away two UFA's for Eaves (who will continue to get better and hopefully a change of scenery might see an end to his injury history) and Corvo (who plays well - just keep him out of restaurants!).

I have mixed feelings about this deal... but mainly just because Commy is a fan favorite. It's a smart move for the Canes; well, both teams, really.
If Corvo can help our ailing power-play at all, I'll be happy.
