I don't know ... I'm trying to think of a good way of doing it ... right now a year seems to be good.
I have another month to run before I start it so I am open to new ideas. Was thinking maybe a % roll at the end of each year with the chances of going pro increasing each time. Maybe 50/60/70 then they have to go after the Olympics.
With the RFG fighters I can go the opposite way and go 50/40/30 then they have to retire after the Olympics.
