I've always wanted to be able to start with one league, then add a second one later on, but didn't know of a good way to do that.

The one way I know of, to create a two league setup but leave the second league empty of teams until needed, doesn't work. In OOTP3, the game will crash after simming the first month, and it proved impossible to go any further. In OOTP4 the game will sim the regular season fine but it crashes when hitting the post-season, and again, it will not go any further.

So, if you've found a way to get a second league in, I'd really like to know how you've managed it...
