Pretty much all over the web. I just figure out who I am looking for and run a search. For most famous celebs, I tend to find pics a lot easier and like FHM, Maxim, Ask.men galleries. There is a good site for nice celeb pics called
www.djmick.co.uk and has some links there to.
Now, for the adult stars, there are two sites that I get a lot of good pics from to use for these headshots. There are a lot of adult photos there
(for anybody who is offended, do not go to these sites) and these two sites have an incredible amount of links that you will find something that you like.

For the asian models, I like fxmods or modsfx (I always forget), topasianmodels.org and import tuner magazine (models/girls section).
