Not sure if you're still looking for screen capture programs, but you might give these a look ...

Snag It

or

Hypersnap DX.

Now I've not tried them in HH2004, but they're pretty powerful where other means/programs don't work ... maybe that'll get by 3DOs protection of their ballpark images.
