My favorite was Andres Galarraga. In later innings, you could get an additional two or three "ragas" in the middle of his name. It was like he couldn't stop pronouncing the guy's name!

Of course, my all-time favorite was during spring training when the Cubs were playing San Diego, and Harry looked at the SD on the cap and called them South Dakota.
