Major League IV Cleveland Indians are in need of a General Manager. The Season is young (end of April) and We will kick off the Draft using Getch's Draft Utility on Monday Morning.

Rookies: Import real rookies and mix of NCAA/HS Feeder Leagues
Winter League: Get your youngsters some extra IP or AB
Dual Commissioners: Split duties between Regular Season and Offseason
Participation Points System: Earn Points to spend on varouis things. (No Player ratings are edited. see rules for more details)
Active Group of members: We still have 3 orignal membes from when I started the league originally back on Feb 16th 1999. And 2 others that came on board shortly after, majority of the owners are active and love to talk trade or what ever.
