Albuquerque Regulators
I have read a lot dynasty posts and always wanted to give it a try. So, I recently decided to give myself as much of a challenge as possible. I asked for some help and Sandman and captaincarl gave me some great ideas. Thanks guys!

IF ANYONE ELSE HAS IDEAS FEEL FREE TO POST THEM IN THIS THREAD. I WANT TO MAKE THIS AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE.

The following is what I decided to set as the rules for my dynasty.
Rules highlighted in red I have updated my rules to keep things as hard as possible.

FREE AGENT SIGNINGS: (From Jan 1 to the following Jan 1)
A) I can only resign 2 of my own FA's a year.
B) Maximum FA’s I can sign is 3 (During 2011 season only)
C) Following seasons, I can sign FA's as needed (To replace players lost in FA only).
**However, I must make every attempt to replace them with players within the organization. **
D) Maximum yearly salary is 7 million per season for a player.

TRADES: (From Jan 1 to the following Jan 1)
I only react to trades....and, can only make 1 trade a year.

WAIVER MOVES: (From Jan 1 to the following Jan 1)
I can only make 1 waiver claim per year.

FREE AGENT COMPENSATION IS TURNED OFF

TEAM PAYROLL:
A)Total team payroll must be in bottom five of league.
B)Team payroll can not exceed 50 million at anytime.

SCOUTS/COACHES:
A) Scouts are still on. However, I am not going to use any scouts at any level. Going to use stats only to judge players.
B) Coaches are set 1-5 (To keep me from signing a coach that's all 101's or something like that.)

RANDOM RULES:
A) I can not look at the Top 100 prospect report.
B) No feeder leagues.
C) During expansion draft each team protected 30 players.

QUICK LEAGUE UPDATE:
2007/2008
I made no league changes.
2009
Oakland A’s moved to British Columbia, Vancouver becoming the B.C. Mounties
Florida Marlins moved to Charlotte, North Carolina becoming the Carolina Red Wolves.
2010
I made no league changes.
2011
League expanded by 2 teams
