In my league's draft pool there is a SS that has position ratings for SS and CF, and has contact potential of 7, HR potential of 4, and eye potantial of 8...meanwhile he has Stuff, Movement and Control ratings of 9,9, and 8. His listed position is as SS. My question is: Is he a legitimate pitching prospect? Should I draft him to groom him to be a starter? (The actual ratings are turned off in this league, we can only go by potential and current stats.)
