Maybe choosing your manager name for these options will help your problem.

I think what that would do is give me control and responsibility of those functions, which at this point I'm not looking for. I'm fine not making the moves; I just want notification any time they are done.

Funnily enough, most of those options seem to be disabled in the minors when commissioner mode is turned off.

Every time I have played as minor league manager, I've gotten a message about promotions and demotions, however.... The messages about promotions and demotions should count as 'personal messages', so you should receive them automatically, no matter what settings you've chosen- there's no way to turn personal messages off.

Let me clarify: I am getting the personal messages some of the time but not all the time. Normally, the GM does a huge shift at the beginning of the month, and I certainly get those. It's just the small mid-month ones that kinda sneak by.
