The Stadium pack that you are referring to is the pack I created, I know I recently had someone who edited a few of the parks to take out things like the batting cage and the parade in Miller. He did this by taking the picture and cutting a piece of outfield grass and then blending it will a pitcure program to remove the stuff he didn't want.
BTW: When the season starts I will be looking for pictures of the new parks.
