Winning it all is much more than just 1 person, even one of A-Rod's talent. The Yankee teams from 96-00 didn't really have any "super stars" on them. Yes, they had a lot of talent with Bernie, Paulie, Cone, Rivera and the like but no one like A-Rod.

With Giardi at manager, Hughes/Chamerlain/Kennedy fighting for spots in the rotation, Cabrera/Cano continuing to grow, I like the Yankees chances next year even without A-Rod. Personally, I feel Posada would be harder to replace.
