The
Orioles are still available, and the
Senators are now also open. We are currently in the off-season between the '65 & '66 seasons.
The Orioles won 89 games, finishing second in the just-completed '65 season and have a very solid core. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the Senators finished last in the AL and are clearly in rebuilding mode. The Orioles would be the choice for a GM wanting to step in with a good team while the Senators will provide a challenge for a "builder" type GM.
