I'm sorry but I am with the majority of people who only see the elbow leave his side AFTER the hit.
At least I understand people seeing that though unlike some who have said he left his feet. Anything to defend Downey
I have no love for Tootoo, I hope one day a zamboni hits him, but if het picked up a suspension it should be for the charge and playacting the Weller clothesline and then for 1-2 games with a fine for being a repeat offender.
If you really want to argue consistency then go after the Sutton elbow against the Rangers.
