I was starting to work on one, and I may just add on to yours for personal and our leagues use if that's ok with you?
One thing I've noticed is that when you export for online league the html pages look for a Player_Player.jpg file and all of the files are named player_player.jpg. Not sure if there is any quick way to fix the files to be named caps first or not?
