That's funny, because I just caught the headline on Yahoo about him being shut down until the playoffs, and I was just musing about whether he was worth the money and the roster spot that he cost. Not bad numbers for an average pitcher: 6-6, 4.18 ERA, 99 IP. But did we really expect "average" from him?
EDIT: Of course, a couple of clutch wins from him in the playoffs, and that question is moot. |
