I have noticed (possibly with the last patch -- I can't be certain), that the combined league will still do some hoarding in the offseason and exceed the maximum number of players allowed on the roster. As far as I can tell, that doesn't happen in my primary league.

200!? That's absurd. We have the ability to simulate independent leagues with tiny finances, yet they're all able to keep hundreds of reserve players on hand, ready to be recalled on a moment's notice. Kinda defeats the whole point.
