Like many MLB teams do, I've brought up a young starting pitcher from the minors and put him in a relief role for my Major League team. He seems to have a very difficult time recovering after an appearance. I had him throw 1 inning, about 15 pitches and the next day he was at 0% - totally exhausted. His endurance is about 70 and I've changed his role to MR.

Why does he seem to have a starting pitcher's recovery time when only pitching 15 innings in relief?? I play in commish mode so I looked at the editor to see if I could change something, but didn't find a logical attribute to alter. Any ideas?
