It seems this bug is still present.

When playing out a game with the DH if your pitcher gets injured the game will always CTD when trying to put a replacement in the now-empty pitcher box in the lineup screen.

I've discovered this only happens when you use the DH - non-DH games allow you to sub for the injured pithcer and continue the game.

Any hope of getting this fixed in patch 3?
