I don't know what all the fuss is about. I've played with lot's of custom roster sets for the past several years. I love the fact that people are willing to give their effort and free time to making these and I appreciate it even though I can honestly say that there has never been a "perfect" roster set. I rarely get the standings that match real life, and I always have surprise performances by several players. But isn't that a good thing?

Cubbyfan has already put together a nice one that anyone can grab, run a few tests and make edits where they see fit. That's part of the charm(and draw) of OOTP in that the user has these options in the game.

Apparently, APujols5 has put together something as well. He may not release his set until after the season but that's up to him, isn't it? Nobody has paid him to do this, so even if it never materializes, nothing is lost.

On the other hand, APujols5, you'd more than likely receive more support, help and advice if you released what you currently have, with a big fat disclaimer to the downloader(stating that the roster is not yet complete), in large red font. Two heads are better than one, four heads are better than two...but I guess that would depend on if you were receptive to help and advice.
