I don't use roster sets, so in that respect I shouldn't comment. But SandMan has a legitimate argument/suggestion in his assessment: release what you do have in its current state. Given you're at that 'sim for results' stage, all but a few of the final players are in place, so what's the harm letting the folks who will be using it take it from there, or add/change, comment, effectively using it as a beta? If it's where you say it is, with actual evaluation, it could reach its final steps in far less time than your efforts alone.
Really. Just release what you have and let the dogs chew it to the bone - provided there is meat and not just a splash of flavor to gain interest.
