You don't say what kind of system or soundcard you have.
Try this and see if it works. Open up your sound mixer and mute
"Audio CD" then try OOTP5 and see if that works. Of course don't forget to un-mute audio CD afterwards. Otherwise you won't be able to hear your CD's.
