This is my first league in a couple of years, but i've been involved in fantasy leagues for about 10 years. I've even ran an OOTP4 league for a while. The league is very well run and I am impressed with it so far. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, new or old.
Plus with the cuban league, you could still get a chance to interact with the entire league. It would just build a strong community.
