Buyout amounts for contractual option years

Reason

Realism - IRL, options almost always contain a buyout amount (Darin Erstad, for example has a $3,500,000 club option for 2009, but there's a $250,000 buyout if the White Sox decline the option), the team's still on the hook for something.
