If that was the case, Marquez would have won by TKO causing even more controversy. Not sure if there would be a rematch then because Vasquez would have been stopped twice due to an injury.
Originally I thought both cuts were caused by punches but then after you brought up how cuts were situated, it made more sense that it was an accidental headbutt.
That ref really had a bad night. LOL
