Have a look at the pitching stats in this league Jet... I am not trying to discourage anyone from this league, but the results of Erich's 06 rosters speak for htemselves. I am sure he will tell you also that develpment is way off in that set. It's a fine balance to find the right numbers and made worse by the fact that there is no specific set of numbers that can be used to fix it. it has to be tested for each roster set. It's one of the things that I made a huge effort at fixing for the roster I am finsihing up.
