I'm not being critical of the messenger here, Nutlaw, but the notion that this cannot be reproduced seems an easy way of letting it plummet to a level of inattentiveness.
On the one hand, of course it can't be reproduced. That's the point of posting these incidents. They're happening out of the blue, but in a pattern that's similar enough that more than a few of us have pointed it out.
On the other hand, how would one expect to reproduce it?! The only way to 'see' it happen is to wait until it does. Is it every game? No. Is it every other game? Probably not. Do I capture every screenshot and put it up for examination? No.
But it appears to me that, in this instance at least, cannot reproduce (which I wouldn't expect you could - it's in the code sequence calling out wrong fielders or wrong directions IMHO) - means 'doesn't happen enough to care this version or likely next' and I won't likely argue that.
It bears mention though because there is merit in jarmenia's question: "If not perfection, when is good enough, good enough?" In this case, this response says it's now.
