I'm in the middle of a fictional season living in New York. My 26 year old son lives in Michigan. He is an avid X Box guy, like most kids his age. We have a long history of loving baseball together. We would sit on the couch when he was young, watch the Mets and talk pitch counts, talk about what pitch was coming next..... We still talk 3 or 4 times a day. Most of the time it's about sports. He is costantly trying to get me to buy X Box or Play Station Games to be able to play him on-line, but I am horible at those games. He would love to be able to play against me with OOTP. So I told him there was an on-line element to the game. I told him I would read the manual and see how I get get him up and running in mid season. I after reading the manual I realized there really is no element of on line head to head play. I'm not missing something am I? The on line element of the game is more like "Fantasy Baseball" right. No one plays any real games? Having said all that, is there any way to add this as a new element of the game? I would lovee to be able to share a season with him and manage against him, and kick his butt.
