WEEKLY THOUGHTS
Another winning week, going 4-2. The past couple of weeks have been pretty good ones. Our pitching still isn’t where I’d like it to be, but I think Greinke is starting to come around, Hamels is a great addition, and I think Rogers will help form a good, young top 3 for the next couple of years. I know I keep saying something along those lines, but I need to keep reminding myself of that fact as I finish this season.
In transaction news, we removed Omaha center fielder Jorge Padilla from the 40-man roster to make room for Wichita catcher Nick Hundley.
