INJURY NEWS

Yankees pitcher Roger Clemens suffered a bruised wrist while wind-surfing. He’s expected to miss 2 weeks.

Game #118 – Kansas City (J. Gobble 4-10, 5.31 ERA) at Detroit (K. Rogers 2-1, 4.13 ERA)
Kansas City 1
Detroit 5
W: K. Rogers (3-1) L: J. Gobble (4-11) S: T. Jones (27)

We didn’t get too many chances. We scored our lone run in the 3rd. They tied it in the 5th and put together a big 4-run inning in the 6th to end the scoring. It was a pretty uneventful game, to be honest. Kenny Rogers went 8.1 innings and gave up 1 run on 8 hits and a walk and struck out 4.
