How are you taking screen shots? The pictures you are posting have a huge block of white space at the top of them because they are part of the picture. Its like you saved the picture with a bunch of extra space on top.

If you use alt+print screen you should be able to take a screenshot of just your OOTP game. Then, put it into whatever program you use and save it as an image.
