Joe, some ideas of things to look at first, from past experience with custom DB's.

1. Any of the columns with dates that might have an invalid or missing date, especially debut and birth

2. Name (including nicknames) with special characters (-, quotes, etc.)

3. Columns/fields with no data (not zero's but blanks in numeric fields, might have to Hard Enter a 0) or somehow got a negative number.

Those are the 3 biggies I have run across, I know I am a GM but if you want some help looking for it I'd be glad to do it and PROMISE to only look at this years debut guys.
