Latest patch, Mac:

I've turned off (set to 'none displayed') all ratings except 'other ratings' (speed, baserunning, stealing and fielding). I have certainly turned off Overall/Potential ratings. I still have scouts on. This works almost completely as I'd hope- I don't see any unwanted ratings in-game, with one exception, which I assume is unintended:

In any Player Profile where I can choose 'Offer Extension' or 'Offer Contract', if I then, from the Contract Offer screen, click on the scouting reports tab, I can see numerical ratings from my scouts on the 20-80 scale for Overall and Potential rating only, from whenever the scouts last scouted the player. What I find especially odd is that this does not happen from the 'Scouting Reports' tab in the Player Profile screen; from there no ratings are shown. I would have thought the Scouting Reports screen would be identical, regardless of whether it's accessed from the Contract Offer screen or from the Player Profile.

I've checked this with a couple dozen players now, and the behaviour described is consistent.
