They mention on that page that you need Adobe Reader, and provide the link to the Adobe web site. Hopefully you already have that program. Unfortunately, Adobe Reader version 8 by itself (unselecting the other stuff that they offer with it) is another 22.3 MB download; version 7 is 20.3 MB and version 6, which I believe you could still use, is 15.9 MB.

If you don't want to download the bloated Adobe Reader, the manual works just fine with
Foxit Reader, which is a nice, tidy 1.5mb.
