Pettitte is someone who'se future success is up in the air right now. He's got a low-3's ERA, but his FIP is high-3's (his K rate is WAY down) and in addition to that he's due for some regression upwards in the HR/FB department.
Pettitte is a ground ball pitcher, so he can afford a not-so-excellent K/BB ratio and still be an above average pitcher, but the drop in K rate would concern me for the near future.
