There are not 28 unlicensed members, 8 have given me their ID, I did not expect to run into this problem, but it happens, the non-ID are in on a first come service, I wish I did not have to turn down people but ootpleagues.com is the best place to build an OOTP site and all I want is for the league to excel and do the best it possibly can, if you do not agree with me I'm sorry, and I'm also sorry you had to feel the need and go public with it.
Some teams still open if anyone is willing to give their ID to move the league, or if anyone has any free web space anywhere else on the web, free sites such as tripod just do not give the amount of space required to have a successful OOTP League
