Boxrec shows Evans starting out with fights in April and June 1967 against MW Larry Howard(2-6-0,1) and against HW Willie McMillan. McMillan stopped him in their their fight but boxrec has no record of what round. It's then 2-1/2 years later until November 1969 when we next see EVans. In 1969 thru 1971 he wins fights against LHW Vidal Flores(15-7-0,4) twice, looses two decisions, an 8 and a 12 rounder to Karl Zurheide, knocks out harold Carter in the 5th round, is knocked out by Len Hutchins in 7 and looses a 10 round decision to LHW Bob Harrington(14-19-6,2) for fights against the most noteworthy opponents. Evans goes 7-4-0,6KO in that 3 year period.

Another almost 2 year break until March 1973 and then in March, April and May that year he looses 10 and 8 round decisions to Pat Duncan and Howard Smith and is KO'd in the 1st by Pedro Lovell. In January 1974 he looses a 4 rounder to Ellis McKinley. There's then one last recorded fight, though not confirmed official by boxrec in May 1986 when Evans was KO'd in the 5th by a Syd Taylor(18-4-0,7). For the purpose of this rating for Evans, that last fight in 1986 is not factored in.
