The league decides on a serpentine draft for the first year to allow the most equitable distribution of talent to all teams. They will go 100 rounds, digging deep into the minor leagues and the best of D-II and D-III talent. There are 2,904 players eligible for the draft as determined by the NSB. Here's a look at the teams that will make up the new US Baseball Federation league and their draft position.

Assumption, New Haven, Bridgeport, Drury, Slippery Rock get the first five spots.
Montevallo, Tusculum, Stonehill, Pitt, Tuskegee, Edinboro and Mt. Olive round out the rest of the first half of the round.
The second half will be Lander, Adelphi, St. Josephs, West Chester, Barton, Francis Marion, Dowling, Wilmington, Mansfield, Catawba, Ouachita and West Virginia.
