I have my head scout, do the up comming games durring the season and then does the orginization twice (once after my games are done and once around spring training) and Quick scouts the league during the off season.
Scout 1, roates through scouting each team in my system.
Scout 2, scouts the 3 main leagues in the world, about 1 a year or so.
Scout 3, scouts the feeder league.
Scout 4 and 5 scout other nations, changing countries every spring training.
I use head and scout 1 to scout the draft.
