Ryan Bukvich pitched a 1-2-3 inning! Anybody rememer the last time a reliever not named Jenks threw a 1-2-3 inning?
Josh Fields has been looking pretty good, he crushed a 2-run bomb to deep to left, and has 4 hits over his past 2 games. Unfortunately, he was unable to make a play at thrid that the scorers generously credited as a hit, but it didn't wind up hurting them for a change.

I was glad to see Fields' day at the plate. I really want him to succeed. I do not want to see another highly touted prospect fail a la Joe Borchard
