I thought with the latest patch 2.0.2. this was taken care of. I am replaying the 1970 season as the Cardinals. In a recent game my pitcher Jerry Reuss sustained an injury in the 3rd inning of a game and the "Windows Must Close" window appears and the game crashes to the desk-top.

It only occurs with "your" pitchers. Or the team you are playing or managing.

Help.
