Personally, I don't think it's the last patch. As satisfied as I am, overall, with the game, I've recently starting having that patch-itchy feeling like something's on the horizon. I'd like to see a final patch that tweaks some of the smaller issues and campaigns that have been bandied about, but I believe we'd likely see a "What's Left to be Addressed" thread for public feedback before it becomes a reality.
