That is fine, but what about when the scout mysteriously retires or dies?
Shouldn't the scout give you an email 300 days in advance so you could have another scout on your team scout the majors?
If you are going for accuracy, there isn't any with the scouting aspect. First off, one scout's departure shouldn't CRUSH an organization. Second, the team would have his reports. If a MLB team changes GMs I dont think it takes 300 days (or whatever it takes in OOTP to scout the majors) to get a report
Also, do minor league scouts automatically scout the other teams? In the major league model in this game, it is impossible to scout a MLB and every minor organization which again is a flaw/
